What are the pool hours?
— The swimming pool and spa are open daily from 6am until 11pm.
Can guests use the pool?
— Yes, guests can use the pool as long as they are accompanied by the owner/tenant.
What about children?
— Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
Exercise room hours
— 6am until 11pm, daily.
Will the front desk staff walk my dog?
— No.
Who is responsible for washing condo windows?
— The Syndicate contracts with a contractor to wash all the exterior windows in the building. Washing takes place in the late Spring, and optionally in the late Autumn, should conditions warrant.
